• Some raw material purchases managed at a geographic level by Regional Purchasing Directors
• Local, smaller raw material purchases managed at the country or local level by Local Purchasing Managers

A two-layer organisation for non-raw materials (indirect spend) and commercial wares (factored goods)

• Some non-raw materials and commercial ware spend will be managed by the Regional Purchasing Directors
• Some will be managed by Local Purchasing Managers
