I joined Vesuvius in 1997 from an Exxon-Monsanto JV, where I held a European HR role.
Before that, I practiced Labor and Employment Law at the Brussels Bar. Within Vesuvius, I held the roles of European HR Director and later that of HR Director NAFTA, based in Champaign, IL.
I hold a Law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium and a Master of Law Degree (LL.M) from Northwestern University Law School in Chicago.
In my free time, I (mountain) bike, read, spend time with my wife and two kids, and am very active in the Belgian-American Fulbright Alumni Association.
